This person contacted me stating they were a serious buyer and were preapproved. Then they asked if they could low ball and offer $50,000 below asking price. When I asked to see the preapproval before moving forward, he denied multiple times to send it. I tried to end the conversation multiple times but they kept emailing me. Regarding the "that's great" - that obviously was not in response to a disease, it was in response to being retired after working 50 years. After re-reading the email this person used an acronym to describe the disease they are talking about, I wasn't even aware that it was a disease or that they were talking about a disease.
