It was a pleasure to represent you Mr. Zhang and I deeply appreciated the opportunity to help you purchase a home, although unsuccessful. I exhausted all communication channels and fought on your behalf and am very somber that we did not succeed. Unfortunately, you did not allow me to help you navigate through the home-buying process by declining any advice to get your offer accepted. I "work" for you and respected your decisions—I did what you instructed. In addition, the sellers declined to work with you; tying my hands. Regarding your offer price being higher than the final price, there was a discrepancy with the appraisal and the price had to be adjusted lower. The sellers simply decided to work with another buyer (which I did not represent). It was not to my benefit for your offer to get declined. I do welcome your feedback and always strive to improve the experience with my clients. Thank you.
