Jessica and Nick Riina's enthusiastic approach to the home buying and selling experience is refreshing. They specialize in residential and multi-family homes in a wide variety of price ranges in Chittenden, Addison, Grand Isle and Franklin Counties.

Jessica began her career in marketing in California and eventually returned east to become the Assistant Manager for two Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerages in Cambridge, Massachusetts before she returned home to Vermont. Nick's background in real estate development and new construction began long before graduating from the University of Vermont. Both Nick and Jessica's fathers are highly-regarded custom home builders in New York and Vermont respectively, which indeed makes them an ideal real estate team.

Hubbard and Riina pride themselves on building relationships and giving their clients the individual attention they deserve. This dynamic married couple is active in the community and can be found at the mountains in the winter months or enjoying beautiful Lake Champlain in the summer. They reside in South Burlington with their Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Zermatt.
