I take client service and professionalism very seriously, and I’m disappointed to read this review. To clarify: all contracts and documents are thoroughly explained and reviewed in accordance with Georgia real estate law. Suggesting a lawyer is needed due to negligence is simply untrue and misleading. I stand by the service I provided, and the brokerage’s compliance officer formally reviewed and cleared this matter, confirming that no wrongdoing occurred and all procedures were properly followed.
