Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Gilbert, AZ.

After being a recent transplant to the Phoenix area and going through the buying process myself, I was excited to assist my parents in finding a home when they moved to the area. Unfortunately, there was consistent disappointment in the way they were treated by the initial broker & her subsequent agents that showed them around. They weren't listening to their requirements, they were pushy, and they lacked experience.

Then we met Paul! :)

We just happened to pass through one of his open houses and his knowledge of the area and track record drew us all in immediately! My parents started working with him shortly thereafter and what a difference he made! He walked them through the search & buying process every step of the way! I can't say enough about his professionalism, patience and depth of experience. He works hard and stays right on top of the market as to not miss out on any opportunities.

I especially appreciated how Paul kept me informed on things as we teamed up to eliminate additional stress on my parents.

In the end, my parents found a home they love and were totally confident moving through the process with Paul's support & guidance.

I would HIGHLY recommend Paul to anyone considering a home purchase in the future. You won't be disappointed!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Gilbert, AZ.

Paul listened well and showed us homes that not only met our requirements but also gave us a perspective on the local market. He communicated very well on the details of the buying process. Moving from the Seattle area to the East Valley is a huge change. He helped us become comfortable by sharing both sides of issues if there were downsides to a decision. Paul educated us on issues both legal and practical as new residents in the East Valley. He was very responsive returning calls the same or next day. He helped us locate a great carpet cleaner as we are new to the area that was very helpful. Most important we could trust his input. He was trying to help us find the right home, not just get us into a house.

We love our home! In a challenging market Paul was terrific!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Apache Junction, AZ.

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone, and have. We worked with Paul to purchase a house in the Apache Junction area. We met with Paul and told him what we were looking for. Paul understood what we wanted and recommended only houses that he knew we would be intersted in. We made an offer on a short sale that drug on for months and then finally fell through however Paul kept us informed during the entire process. Paul continued to work with us and we closed on a house in January. Paul is very knowledgable and helped us throughout the entire process.  More Less
