    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Palm Harbor, FL.
    Loretta made selling our home so easy! I was worried about selling my home while we live out of state but thanks to Loretta, it was a breeze! Loretta is very knowlegeable on the property values in the area and up to date on what was currently being listed.

    It was very nice to always have my questions answered immediately and helpful that Loretta knew people who were able to help me with repairs made on the house.

    I will definitely recommend Loretta to any one looking to buy or sell!

    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Palm Harbor, FL.
    "AMAAAAAZING!!!"...The one-word superlative I would use to best describe Loretta Buckner, aka MY "problem solver". A few years ago I made the decision to relocate to the west coast. I listed my home with a reputable "franchised" realtor, leaving Florida with the knowledge I was in good hands, despite being well into the beginning of our current market downturn. After several months of incrementally lowering the asking price and with not a single offer, I made the decision to lease to a couple who loved my home and, were it not for a lack of funds and a checkered credit history, were entirely on board with renting until such time as they were able to purchase. Though things went well initially, they quickly began to deteriorate in the fall of 2010, when the husband was laid off and I was either receiving less than the agreed rent amount, or, in some months, nothing at all. Despite all their best intentions and false promises, I was, once and for all, forced to threaten eviction should they not be moved out within a mutually agreed period of time. Upon making the decision to dramatically lower my asking price, I brought my "franchised" realtor back on board, though this go-around I instructed him to aggressively market and once and for all sell to the first qualified buyer so long as it was a "fair" offer. After several months listed and, once again, not so much as a single offer. I felt against a wall and desperate when a friend recommended I consider, as he had, selecting a "non-franchised" realtor with the hope they may be more motivated and take a more aggressive approach toward selling. Without any referral and from thousands of miles away, I did a search on Google and found Real World Properties, Inc.. Coupled with their being "non-franchised" was the added bonus that, as part of their scope of services, they not only operate as realtors, but they also provide property management services. Not that I wanted to consider the prospect of once again leasing, but I knew, especially given the continued miserable market conditions that exist, it was a very real alternative I may be forced to make before letting my home go for next to nothing. Being cautiously optimistic and having few to no expectations considering my experience to this point, I placed my first and only call to Real World Properties, Inc.. Ms. Buckner answered, gave me a brief overview of her company and promised to take a look at my home the following day, upon which she said she would provide her analysis of my situation. As promised, Loretta got back to me with a list of recommendations of things she felt needed to be addressed, a budget of how much to cover expenses, along with an estimate of time on how long she felt it would take to complete. Having already expended several weeks and thousands of dollars, not what I wanted to hear, but what other choice did I have? I'm not for making decisions blindly, nor do I relish "leaps of faith", especially where money is involved, but from the facts and figures Loretta was bombarding me, and with such conviction, I was not only convinced she was the the right choice for the job, but left with an immense feeling that I'd best not get in her way. As Ms. Buckner politely brought to my attention on more than one occasion, there's a reason I put her in charge and opted to not do all this myself! Not only did she deliver within budget and on time, but, and here's the truly amazing part, what work she didn't sub-contract to others, she actually did herself. Who does this??? Certainly not my previous realtor who, I'm now convinced, did nothing more than put up a sign and pick up the phone when I would call for an update. As if she hadn't already gone beyond the call of duty enough, Ms. Buckner then calls to let me know that, in the period of only a couple of hours while temporarily posting my home on the Internet for my review, she receives a call from an interested couple with whom she's made an appointment to show my home two days later. They immediately love what they see and proceed with an offer to purchase higher than I anticipated because at this point I've silently reconciled myself to the idea this house will be an albatross I'll continue to wear around my neck to my grave. How does this happen? A home selling at a price easily considered "reasonable", with little negotiation, without technically being listed....in this kind of economic climate so overwhelmingly favoring the buyer??? My answer?....LORETTA BUCKNER...without doubt, bar none... IS...AMAAAAAZING!!!  MoreLess

    Bought a home in 2011.
    I contacted Loretta, via Zillow, after being frustrated with an agent I was using. She contacted me almost immediately, listened to my needs and met them thoroughly.
