I've been in real estate a long, long time.



I started at the age of 17 in 1996, as an assistant to an agent. I started in Bellevue, with traditional marketing, but by 1999 transitioned to the web with my first company. I worked side by side with my high school sweetheart and the man that was to become my husband, Jonathan Washburn, as we started our first real estate company and mortgage office.
