We’re saddened to hear when any of our clients are less than completely satisfied with our service.We have reached out by phone to discuss & offer to be helpful in any way. In response to your points, please recall both your RE attorney & your agent encouraged you to hire a litigation attorney to fight the sellers on your issues, but you declined.Your RE attorney explained the process to you (he isn’t incompetent, he simply doesn’t do litigation).He even introduced you to a local litigation attorney. You mention you would have liked the agent to highlight seller comments in the sale/purchase agreement, but there are no seller comments on a sale/purchase agreement. While I had previously listed that home for a short time, the home never sold & never went through the inspection process.There was a lot going on for you at the time & you may not recall, you had both a RE team AND a relo company helping you identify homes.Please feel free to reach out if we can be helpful to you in any way
