Steve Simpson was born and raised in the Conway neighborhood of Orlando and, after graduating with high honors with his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Georgia Tech, returned to Orlando to begin a career in public accounting. After obtaining his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license in 2008, Steve used his newly-found free time to begin exploring Central Florida's residential real estate market. By 2010 Steve had obtained his real estate license and founded a property management company, Central Florida Property Management. While still working full-time for Averett Warmus Durkee, Orlando's largest public accounting firm, Steve brought over $2.5M in real estate under management to Central Florida Property Management and bought and sold over $1.5M in properties through Sand Dollar Realty. With business reaching a tipping point, Steve turned his attention to the real estate industry full time in the Fall of 2013 and has never looked back. More Less
