on 3/5/2014 I am responding to this review. We were all hopeful something would come of his effort. The feedback showed a sales price about $ 35,000 less than desired. We did produce showings. This lead to stress. This turned to anger. and loss of focus, unilateral withdrawl of listing ..and seller's review. We have thought about this for two years. And will now let it pass. Our lessons will be not forgotten. Would it have been different if we did go thru with a low price sale? Coming out of pocket? moving to a new city and a new life? We will not know. Sincerely, Terry
