We can only guess this must have been the first house he has tried to sell because he wasn't very knowledgeable about the process. Now that your home is sold & closed last year with another Realtor for $40,000. less than our original listing price of $625,000. let’s set the record straight. We asked you to consider lowering your listing price at least $10,000 after one month with many showings and no offers. You refused lower it more than $100. to $624,900. You then gave us 2-weeks to sell it at this price after we provided you with staging & a 3D Matterport video walkthrough at no charge. The only time I showed up was announced in advance at our planned open houses & when our stager we provided you at no charge, ask me to stop by to see what she was doing with your your home while she was there. Your new Realtor had to lower their original listing price from $615,000. to $595,000. to find your buyers 2-months later (not 2-weeks like we were giving to sell it after only a $100 reduction) with a another $10,000. reduction to finally sell your home for $585,000.
