Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in St. amelian's, Milwaukee, WI.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsBrad was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier about deciding to use him as our agent. Brad worked with us from start to finish. We had zero home buying experience so he really had to hold our hand and coach us through the proces...Response from Brad Marschke on 3/29/2021
You guys were super awesome to work with! We had a little bumpy ride at the start and you had patience with me as I navigated through a slightly more difficult situation than is normal. Congrats on your beautiful new home. Wishing you years of happiness; and hey I can't wait to invite myself over for a play date with the girls. And of course, if anyone you know has questions about the market, I am never too busy for your referrals :-) . Enjoy that new house!

Showed home in 2020 in WI 53072.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsBrad was recommended to me from Zillow. Brad’s inexperience was obvious to me immediately. Brad didn’t seem to know the Milwaukee market and did not seem to care about me. As a first time home buyer, I found my experience incredibly negative and ende...Response from Brad Marschke on 3/29/2021
Hi Samjones414, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, however, this bad experience was not with me. I have no record of ever having worked with you, I don't know who you are; I don't even know your name. I would invite you to inform me of the address I supposedly showed you, or the referral from Zillow you claim to have received as I do not receive leads from Zillow. I notice you talk about me showing you a home in the Milwaukee market, yet your review title says I showed a home in Pewaukee? Which is it? All of the clients I work with I close with, and those can all be found in my profile here. My clients become friends. Please remind me of who you are with some more information or evidence of when we worked together, and I would be more than happy to discuss my errors and learn how to improve. Thanks.
