WOW! Laura and Joe, I do not know where to begin regarding your review. I am beyond grateful and absolutely LOVE working with you two. This was our 4th transaction together and it became a challenging one, but together we got it done in the end, and we were even able to protect a good majority of your EMD money from the original buyer who breached their contract with you. We all worked together to get you the result you were looking for, which was retirement and moving to your new home. Navigating a transaction like this, where a lawsuit between HOA and builder presented itself, can be a nightmare. Lawyers and HOAs are not the easiest to deal with, but that is where experience makes a difference in a real estate transaction, and I am glad I was able to help. Working with clients like you two is why I give the title "client partners" to our clients. It's because we all need to work together and you made a challenging situation easier because of the trust we built and have for one another. I'm so happy for you two and can not wait to share a camping trip (or two) with you guys in our motorhomes!
