I always ask peopl to reconfirm before they come, as rentals go fast. when appointment was made previous day, it was avavialable and whoever confirmed again before coming, I informed them. I have no way to know who would come from many previous conversations, to let them know. If reconfirmed, I would have told. May be thats what happened, v sorry for this. In any case, I always apologize and wish them good luck in thier search. Dontknow why customer felt like this. I am sorry if you felt like that.
