Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I want to respectfully clarify that you were not my client during this transaction. My professional responsibility was to represent the property owner—your landlord—who made the independent decision to sell his property. As part of that process, he exercised his legal right to end the tenancy in order to proceed with the sale. I understand that this situation was understandably upsetting for you and your family. However, I must address the concerns raised in your review. At no point was it my intention to come across as rude or insensitive. My role required me to facilitate the transaction on behalf of my client, and I did so while maintaining the necessary professionalism and legal obligations that the sale required. It’s unfortunate that our interactions were perceived otherwise, but I do strive to treat everyone involved in a transaction with fairness and respect. Regarding the issue with the property condition and fund disbursement—those matters were managed according to standard protocol and contractual obligations. They were not the result of any personal decisions or discretion on my part. While I welcome constructive feedback, it is important to ensure it’s directed appropriately. I wish you and your family the best as you move forward.
