Thanks for your feedback. You neglected to mention that we had an appointment at 3pm on Sunday to show this property and you didn't show up for the appointment nor did you call me to cancel or reschedule. I would have rescheduled if you had requested this. I had planned my entire Sunday around this showing. I had communicated several times via text and phone calls about this home and your situation and tried to advocate you as a potential tenant with the owner. I take my business seriously as I have been in business since 2006 and cherish my reputation and have built a strong one since 2006.
