I really enjoyed having Paul as a co-lister for my step-father's house, a piece of property owned by many heirs. Paul was energetic in getting the house ready for sale, personable and outgoing with visitors to the numerous open-houses that he hosted, supportive all through the offer and transaction processes, and excellent on follow-through. I rate him more highly than the more experienced co-listing realtor, and am reallly glad that we selected him for our realtor, despite having no personal references guiding us to him. Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 for approximately $750K in Santa Cruz, CA.
I guy I met in a local coffee house who is a entrepreneur and real estate investor recommended Paul to me. This person said he had been working with Paul for the last 12 years in the Santa Cruz area and had purchased many houses with Paul as his realtor. I took the guy's advice...sounded like a great recommendation to me.
Over the course of the following year Paul assisted me in finding and purchasing a new home for myself and a three unit rental property. He also connected me with financing for the rental property.
My experience with Paul was excellent. Paul is a motivated professional. He is patient, persistent, responsive and easy to be around. We spent a lot of time together and I consider Paul a friend at this point.
Paul showed me a lot of houses and investment properties that fit my criteria. I connected with two great deals that I am still happy about 9 months later. The investment property was hard to see because of hostile tenants and difficult selling realtors but Paul made it happen and that is what got me the deal. All Paul's recommendations for contractors and finance professionals were excellent. Paul made it really easy to go through all of the paperwork and there was a lot of it...Paul works for Caldwell Banker and they are very thorough.
