Our home is a lovely unit that backs up to woods, with a park behind the house and near major roads with shopping and access to Metro nearby. The property has one assigned parking spot in front and passes for two additional "open" spaces. The floors are hardwood, the kitchen has maple cabinets with granite counters. The Master Bedroom has built-in drawers in the walk-in closet. We only do Month-to-Month Leases. We do require a one month security deposit. Tenant is responsible for water, electricity and cable. Tenant will have access to all pools and Reston amenities for a small ($20/person/year) fee if you don't already have RA cards.
