The 6 seat golf cart makes it a breeze accessing the beach or adventuring to Seaside for dinner and shopping!The first floor of this home features the the living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as an additional den where you could cozy up and read a book. There are four bedrooms located on the first floor. The first guest room has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There are also two queen bedrooms and the fourth bedroom has a set of twin over twin bunk beds. These three guest rooms share a hall bathroom that has a shower only. As you venture out to the pool area, you will pass through the laundry room, which also has a half bath.The second floor treats you to the master bedroom which has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. A bonus feature in the master closet, is a second washer/dryer set. Your family will enjoy the large, den area that is located on the second floor. It has a TV, sofa and comfy chairs, a dining table which seats 6, and a kitchenette which has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher.The outdoor area features a 9x19 swimming pool as well as seating and a gas grill. You will have use of the garage for parking and a 6 seat golf cart.- Parking for 4 vehicles.- NO events, such as parties, wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.- Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual.
