What the owner loves about this home
We fell in love with this house right away and know that someone else will, too! We have been able to live our homesteading dream at Cobb Hill, pursuing our own interests and sharing in collaborative efforts, like growing shiitake mushrooms. We have witnessed children grow up here and folks retire. We've shared so many meals with our neighbors. We have a nice mix of privacy and community. People move to Cobb Hill for a range of reasons, from living closer to the land to being part of something larger, a place to live their values alongside others, to contribute their skills, to connect with neighbors on a deeper level, to have a new adventure as young parents, middle age, or in retirement! The house is beautiful, peaceful, so comfortable and cozy, sun-filled and toasty in the winter - extremely energy efficient. We have loved the size of the kitchen, with butcher block counters for all of our foodie endeavors, the walk-in pantry, and so much more!
